At NCCA, the love for what you do is at the core of the mission. As students typically lack the opportunity to explore career options until after they’ve chosen a college, this high school academy exposes them to real-world industry practice. NCCA started in 2012 and finished construction on their new, state-of-the-art building in 2013.

Along with the Dual Enrollment Program in conjunction with Georgia Perimeter Technical College, NCCA offers courses in Agriculture, Architecture & Construction, Arts, AV (Audio-Visual) Technology and Communication, Culinary Arts, Early Childhood Education, Engineering & Manufacturing, Healthcare Sciences, Information Technology, and Marketing.
Critical to NCCA associates’ success, businesses are encouraged to extend internships and other opportunities for industry exposure. Newton Federal Bank has formed a partnership in which we can help students understand the importance of personal financial management, as well as become empowered to take on business ventures and other various competitive endeavors. Through the Entrepreneurial Business Incubator (EBI) program at NCCA, Newton Federal Bank will be able to advise associates within EBI on startup business ventures. Also, we have connected with CTAE advisors in Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and Future Farmers of America (FFA) to coordinate efforts in acting as a secondary advisor to support the success of the members’ projects with regional, state, and national-level competitions.
